Paula Aduen, PhD.
Clinical Neuropsychologist
Paula Aduen, Ph.D. is the Assistant Director of the Multicultural Assessment and Research Center (MARC) at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston. She is a bilingual adult clinical neuropsychologist within the MGH Department of Psychiatry and is an Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School. She received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia. Dr. Aduen completed her psychology residency at the University of Chicago Medicine and post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the Harvard Partners Consortium (Massachusetts General Hospital/Brigham and Women’s Hospital).
Dr. Aduen’s primary clinical interests are in aging and neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. As junior research faculty within the Multicultural Alzheimer’s Prevention Program (MAPP), her research interests include exploring the effects of lifetime chronic stress on cognition and Alzheimer’s disease risk among Latinos.
