Pathways to Prevention: Maximizing Brain-Healthy Behavior to Protect from Cognitive Decline

Dr. Seth Gale, a behavioral neurologist, and Hope Schwartz, a program coordinator at Brigham and Women's Hospital, will present "Pathways to Prevention: Maximizing Brain-Healthy Behavior to Protect from Cognitive Decline". Dr. Gale and Ms. Schwartz will provide an overview of cognitive aging and Alzheimer disease, focusing on risk factors that can be modified including diet, mindfulness, sleep, exercise, social and cognitive activities as well as lifestyle changes that can maximize future brain health.  For more information or to register for any of the programs, please call the COA at 978-352-5726.
