Project Manager – CART Neurology

GENERAL SUMMARY/OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
The Project Manager will serve as the operational lead for the Center for Alzheimer Research and Treatment (CART), and Alzheimer Prevention Program, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), working closely with Dr. Gad Marshall, the Director of Clinical Trials. Clinical Research Assistant – McLean Hospital, Geriatric Psychiatry

GENERAL SUMMARY/OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
Working under the supervision of a Senior Research Assistant, Manager or Principal Investigator and following established policies and procedures, provides assistance on clinical research studies. May be responsible for the following activities: recruiting and evaluating patients for studies; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; performing clinical tests such as phlebotomy, EKG’s, etc; maintaining and updating data generated by the study.

GENERAL SUMMARY/OVERVIEW STATEMENT:                        We are seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to work in the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry at McLean Hospital under the supervision of Brent Forester, MD, MSc and David Harper, Ph.D. In the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry, the primary task of a Clinical Research Project Manager is the oversight and coordination of multi-site clinical trials, including the responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of collected data and maintaining the highest levels of compliance with regulatory protocols.
