There are numerous resources and support services available for individuals facing Alzheimer’s disease, or related dementia, and their caregivers.

Massachusetts General PrimeCare is a comprehensive fee-for-service elder care program for patients and employees of the MGH. The program offers medical care coordination, provides financial, legal and insurance guidance  and services to support the physical and emotional well-being of elderls and their loved ones.

The Massachusetts ADRC collaborates with the Alzheimer’s Association (MA/NH chapter) which offers resources and support services. The 24/7 Helpline 800-272-3900.
