Join Cambridge Neighbors for: A Primer on Alzheimer’s disease: The Present and the Future on Friday, October 20^th from 2-3PM via Zoom. This program will be presented by Catherine Munro, Ph.D.

Dr. Munro is a clinical neuropsychologist in the Mass General Brigham system who provides cognitive evaluations for patients and research participants, as well as conducts her own research on mood and behavioral changes in early Alzheimer’s disease.

Dr. Munro’s presentation will cover:

An overview of Alzheimer’s disease
Relevant risk factors
The difference between Alzheimer’s disease and normal aging
Current research on Alzheimer’s disease
Diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease
