Harvard Professor Takes Alzheimer’s Fight Personally

Harvard Medical School Professor Reisa Sperling talks about the personal impact of Alzheimer’s disease, which killed both her father and grandfather. Sperling, a physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and director of the Center for Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment, is leading a multi-national study testing whether intervening before Alzheimer’s disease’s decline becomes apparent can make a difference in treatment.
